Information you share with us

When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message and preferred tour time. We use it to answer your questions, arrange visits and follow up about our services. Please do not send diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the website form. Website hosting and cookies

Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information to deliver and maintain it, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and referral information. Squarespace and services used on the site may use cookies or similar technologies for website functions and measurement. Embedded maps and links to other services may also involve those providers.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether advertising leads to website inquiries and phone calls. Google may use cookies and similar technologies, advertising click identifiers, device and browser information, IP address and activity on this website to measure interactions with ads and report results.

Our custom inquiry-tracking event reports that a form was successfully submitted. It does not include the name, email address, message or care details entered in the form. Those inquiry details are still processed by our website and email providers so we can receive and answer your message. Enhanced conversions are not enabled, and our Google tag is configured to disable ad-personalization signals and Google signals.

Calls from advertising

Google call reporting may display a Google forwarding number that connects to our usual business number. Google may process call details such as caller number where available, call time, duration and connection status to measure advertising results. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds are configured to count as conversions; this does not mean every such call is a qualified inquiry. Audio call recording is not enabled in our Google Ads setup.

Service providers and your choices

Information is processed by providers such as Squarespace, Google and our email service as needed to host the website, deliver inquiries and measure advertising. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle information. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website features and the accuracy of advertising measurement. You can also review Google advertising preferences. Changing advertising preferences does not necessarily turn off all website measurement. You can contact us by phone instead of using the website form.
